Services

sunxero® provides professional installation of automotive and architectural window films, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl graphics, light coverings, ceramic coatings, detailing services, mobile installation (where available), and precision precut film kits.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and final inspection of the vehicle, property, or project.

Estimates

Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the request.

Final pricing may change if:

• Vehicle or property specifications differ from those provided.
• Additional work is requested.
• Existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
• The scope of work changes.

Customers will be notified of any pricing changes before additional work is performed.

Scheduling

Appointments are reserved upon confirmation and, when applicable, receipt of a deposit.

We ask customers to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may require rescheduling depending on our schedule.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Deposits may be non-refundable if appointments are missed without notice or canceled at the last minute, unless otherwise required by law.

Mobile Services

Mobile installation is available only within designated service areas.

Additional travel or service fees may apply depending on location, project size, and scheduling requirements.

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and suitable work area with adequate space and weather protection.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting services.
• Remove personal belongings from the work area when appropriate.
• Inspect the completed work before leaving or accepting the completed installation.
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by sunxero® Performance Films.

Failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions may affect product performance and warranty coverage.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective film manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions.

sunxero® warrants workmanship in accordance with the warranty provided at the time of installation.

Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from:

• Accidents
• Misuse or abuse
• Improper cleaning or maintenance
• Vandalism
• Existing glass defects or stress fractures
• Normal wear and tear
• Alterations performed by others

Vehicle and Glass Conditions

Window film, paint protection film, vinyl graphics, and other products are installed on existing surfaces.

sunxero® is not responsible for defects that existed prior to installation, including but not limited to:

• Scratched or damaged glass
• Existing tint removal damage
• Paint defects
• Glass distortion
• Faulty defroster lines
• Trim damage
• Rust or corrosion
