Program Details

Sponsorship Guidelines

• —Sponsorship does not automatically mean free service.
• —Most sponsorships will provide a discounted or preferred rate based on the vehicle, project, and promotional opportunity.
• —Services and discounts are determined individually.
• —Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
• —Sponsorship approval is entirely at sunxero®'s discretion.
• —Vehicles should arrive clean and in presentable condition.
• —sunxero® must be permitted to photograph and/or record sponsored work.
• —Approved photos and videos may be used by sunxero® on its website, social media, advertising, portfolio, and other promotional materials.
• —Sponsored customers may be requested to tag or mention sunxero® when posting the completed project.
• —The vehicle owner must have authority to approve the vehicle for promotional use.
• —Sponsorship pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupons unless specifically approved.
• —Approval for one service does not guarantee future sponsorship.
• —Vehicle type, uniqueness, condition, modifications, audience, content opportunities, project type, and promotional value may be considered when reviewing applications.
• —sunxero® may decline, modify, or discontinue a sponsorship opportunity at its discretion.
